How to Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Pearl account and all associated data directly within the app:

1. Open Pearl

2. Go to the Settings tab

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

4. Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes all of your data from our servers, including journal entries, journeys, tags, and subscription records. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you've already uninstalled Pearl or can't sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@steadymaking.studio. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Pearl account. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 14 days.

What gets deleted

• Your journal entries and all associated content

• Journeys and journey history

• AI-generated tags and insights

• Subscription and account records

• All synced data stored on our servers

Local data on your device (stored in the app's local database) is removed when you uninstall the app.
